Arkansas AM&N College Federal Credit Union was founded in 1952 by and for the employees of Arkansas AM&N College, now the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, at a time when it was difficult, if not impossible, to get a loan from any of the financial institutions in the city. The credit union continues to serve this field of membership, their immediate families and alumni of the institution. It is governed by a Board of Directors elected from its members at an annual meeting. The officers are elected from the Board of Directors.
